highlights and progress

• Team 1 held three principle organizational meetings to establish network interaction and collaboration.
• Over 65 scientists, students, and members of industry attended our First Annual BC-DOI Network Retreat.
• Team 1 formed three committees: the Executive Committee, Translational Research Committee and Corporate Advisory Board.
• Team 1 developed a public BC-DOI Network website and a password protected web forum.
• Team 1 Investigators submitted 10 proposals to various agencies with the aim of leveraging NTROI funding.
• In anticipation of next year’s developmental project funds, the BC-DOI team identified more than 10 developmental projects.
